The data submitted will be used and stored exclusively for the purpose of applicant management. Your data will only be passed on to third parties if Humboldt-Innovation GmbH commissions other companies and persons to carry out tasks within the scope of order processing.

What happens when using the website for purely informational purpose?

When you use our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. if you as a user neither register, nor transmit information otherwise, we will collect the following data from you: IP address, date and time of the inquiry, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), contents of the request (specific site), requested URL, access status/http status code, respectively transmitted data volume, referrer, operating system and its interface, language, version of the browser software and user agent. We receive these data via cookies and directly from your browser. The purpose of this processing is the provision of our website as well as the statistical evaluation. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, according to which the processing of personal data is also possible without the consent of the data subject if the processing is necessary in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, if the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of personal data, do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a child. The aforementioned purposes are in our interest. Insofar as we use cookies we refer to our statements under “How do we use cookies on this website?”.

Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data that are recorded on the website are stored on the servers of the host. This can be v. a. be IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offers by a public provider (Art. 6 Para 1 letter f GDPR).

Our host will only process your data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

We have concluded an agreement for contract data processing with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract stipulated by data protection law, which ensures that it processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Ionos web analytics

This website uses the analysis services of IONOS WebAnalytics (hereinafter: IONOS). The provider is 1 & 1 IONOS
SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, D – 56410 Montabaur. As part of the analyzes with IONOS can, etc.
Visitor numbers and behavior (e.g. number of page views, duration of a website visit,
Bounce rates), visitor sources (i.e. which side the visitor is coming from), visitor locations, and technical

What happens when using our registration form?

If you communicate with us via our registration form, we hereby collect the following data: name, e-mail address, company/institution (mandatory fields), declaration of consent for processing of photos, comments (voluntary fields). Only you know the reasons for contacting us; the reaction to this describes at the same time the purpose of the processing. Insofar as it concerns a concrete contractual obligation (contract with spectator), be it in connection with the initiation, execution or termination, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR. In this case we store the data until the end of the statutory storage deadline. In all other cases the legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, according to which the processing of personal data is also possible without the consent of the data subject if the processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, if the interests of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of the personal data, do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a child. The communication outside of a contractual obligation is in our mutual interest. We will store your data until the purpose arising from the legitimate interest has been fulfilled.

There is no statutory obligation to collect these data. However, there is the possibility that if the data are not collected the visit to our website will be made more difficult.

How do we use cookies on this website?
